Collection: Krista Chenard

Krista Chenard is a Central Alberta based artist. She has a strong drive to create works that she is passionate about. She works with watercolours, acrylics, and oils.

She enjoys depicting a wide variety of subject matter, from city architecture to the beautiful vista of the Rocky Mountains. She is inspired by the world that surrounds her.

"When I put brush to canvas I am expressing my feelings and thoughts without the use of words. Painting has become both a joy and an emotional release."

Krista's training includes workshops with Wendy Johnsen and Marianne Harris. She looks forward to many more workshops as she continues to hone her craft.
