This is an original art work created by Russel Whaley. This is a Metal Puzzle classically called a Handcuff Puzzle. The Goal of the puzzle is to unhook the middle circle from the two horseshoe shapes without cutting or warping the metal. It is created out of upcycled metal pieces that the artist has collected over time.
