This is a square shaped vase. It is filled with texture and different imagery depending on what angle one looks at it from. Lyn has made the bottom of the vase show a stormy sea with a dark horizon. One one side, contrasting against the moody background, is a bright white bird. On the corner and side of the vase, there are also leaves depicted in bright greens which can also be found on the inside of the vessel.
The pottery is made with Clay. and uses stoneware glazing.
The work was created in 2024.
The overall dimensions of the pottery are 6.75" deep by 6.75" wide by 13" tall.
This Artwork is part of the "Storm Chasers" temporary Exhibit. Come see it in person during the months of June and July 2024.
