These is an original pottery piece created by Lyn Anderson
The image shows a small cylindrical mug or cup, though it may also be a decorative container. The surface is dark and glossy, with a striking design centered prominently on it: a large yellow Batman logo, bold and unmistakable, set against a black background.
Around the lower portion of the cylinder, there’s a faint city skyline illustration, giving the design a moody, nighttime Gotham-like feel. The contrast between the bright yellow emblem and the darker surrounding artwork makes the object stand out immediately, even though it sits alone in a very simple setting.
The decoration looks like a night scene or a stylized cityscape: pale golden and cream-colored vertical shapes rise across the middle like distant buildings or reflected lights, while soft circular spots scattered throughout resemble glowing orbs, raindrops, or bokeh lights in the dark.
The top edge is rounded and muted, and the bottom has a solid bluish-gray band that gives the piece a clean, finished base. The overall impression is moody and artistic, with a mix of mystery and elegance.
The pottery is made with midfire clay, and is food safe and functional.
The work was created in 2026.
The overall dimensions of the pottery are 4 1/2" tall by 4" wide.
