This pottery piece is shaped to be used as a plate! It has a raised lip so as to better hold in anything put into it. The plate is glazed to show a vivid blue sky contrasted against the red earth below, giving the plate its name. It is glazed with food safe glazes. This is a functional piece and can be used for its intended purposes.
The work is made with clay and multiple different glazes.
