These is an original pottery piece created by Lyn Anderson
There are three diffrent versions of a small Tic Tac Toe set, and its whimsical charm comes through immediately. The main object is a square plaque with softly scalloped edges, one version is Glazed in a muted gray tone and speckled with tiny darker dots, giving it a handmade, slightly rustic look, the other is a more bare and natural version.
As usual for a tic tac to set, it arranged in a neat 3-by-3 grid.
One of the play sets has butterflies, they appear in bright colors—mainly blue, red, and orange—creating a lively contrast against the subdued background.
Another is rabbits and carrots, the carrots gleaming and bright orange, while the rabbits are a more muted mat tone with shiny black details.
The final set pieces are a natural finish with the pieces being differentiated by the scalloping or shape of the pieces.
Each piece is hand made, which adds a playful, slightly imperfect touch to the composition. The overall effect is simple but cheerful: a handcrafted piece that feels decorative, light, and a little whimsical.
The work was created in 2026.
Each tic tac toe set is sold separately.
