This is an original sculptural artwork created by Trent Leach.
This artwork is a sculptural depiction of a house on stilts. It is made mostly of metal, but it has a wooden trunk base that stabilizes the piece which is coated in epoxy with some little stones and glimmering gold added to it . The house is tall and leaning, the stilts upon which it stands are crooked and bent at odd angles, causing the viewer to question exactly how it stands tall. at the base, there are little rocks at the edges of what could be a small stream. Flowing off the edge of the base, if you look closely, you can see shimmering gold particles, leading to the story behind the pieces name. Trent creates his pieces using careful welding and metal molding techniques to get the shapes and silhouettes that he desires.
