This painting is an artist's depiction of a grove of birch trees located in the Kerry Wood Nature Park Alberta during the fall. the warm yellows and greens contrast against the white and black bark of the trees, making them stand out against the background. It is painted with watercolour on paper, this gives it a dream like feel while still retaining bright colours.

The picture is framed in a white mat with a black frame, and the image is 16" tall by 20" wide.
