These paintings are an artist's depiction of a stormy sky rolling in over golden prairies. The bright and vibrant fields enhance the moody sky, making it seem all that more dark. The swirls of colour in the clouds makes the viewer feel how close it just might be to thunder or a down pour in the scene. This is an artwork in two parts, so the scene flows over one canvas and into another.
These artworks were created in 2018.
Each picture is unframed, and is 20" tall by 10" wide.
The paintings can be bought as a diptych together, or as singles.
This artwork is part of the "Storm Chasers" temporary exhibit. Come and see it in person through out the months of June and July 2024.
