A small, shallow dish shaped like a single broad cabbage leaf. The glaze is a deep, rich green with hints of blue and darker pools in the recessed veins; a fine crackle pattern runs across the surface like a miniature river network. A pronounced central vein and smaller branching veins are slightly raised, giving the piece a tactile, sculpted quality. The edges are gently irregular, mimicking the natural undulations of a real leaf, and a tiny notch at one end suggests the stem. Glossy highlights catch the light along the ridges, making it feel both delicate and handcrafted.
The pottery is made with clay and is first baked with an underglaze, and then stained to give the leaf pattern it has.
