This is a textile original work created by Nancy Pike.
A handwoven wall hanging is suspended from a simple crooked branch by two thin cords, creating a rustic, handmade feel.
It suspends a woven shoreline, making the wall hanging look like a tiny loom. Blue horizontal bands hold pale cloud shapes above a waterline. Raised green threads that poke through the tan beachy ground. The fringe becomes a shaggy skirt fringe.
This piece was created in 2026.
The dimensions of the art is 14" x 9".
This picture is part of our "The Roads Traveled" temporary exhibit, come and see it through out the months of August and September 2026.
