This is a textile original work created by Margaret Blank in 2018. It is an abstract work using assorted pieces of fabric. It is the third part of the Crumbpilations series.
It has been created using assorted pieces of fabric and quilting. It is mounted on a stretched canvas. this work is framed with a black wooden floater frame.
The theme for this crumbpilation set, is roads and pathways. in this Crumbpilation, you can see blue lines coming from the edges of the piece, you will see that none of them connect, meaning that taking one "road" would not let you get to another road, and would cause you to have to turn back. It looks much like if one viewed roads from above, giving the piece its name.
The dimensions of the art is 12" x 12"
This picture is part of our "The Roads Traveled" temporary exhibit, come and see it through out the months of August and September 2026.
